- Title: Private Practices and Individual Distribution of Medical Products

- Type of motion (Edit/Removal/Creation): Edit/Creation

- Elaboration & Reasoning: Currently no doctor, citizen, or HS is allowed to create a private practice or pharmacy where they can sell medical goods. This bill aims towards HS+ only, to be able to obtain a Special Medical License so that they can open a small private practice and/or pharmacy. Licenses should be obtained by applying for one. The application would be sent to the Minister of Health. The application would be created by the Minister of Health as well. The license would allow the player to create a Private Practice or Pharmacy. Enforcement would be by PI's.
