I was recently sued by BiscuitGamesYT over a contract dispute. The court ruled in favor of me. It has been a week now and I have yet to be payed. I have made multiple attempts to retrieve the payment from BiscuitGamesYT. He has been avoiding me and I messaged him over discord and he said he is not going to pay me.
I am requesting 2,000kr from BiscuitGamesYT. He has disobeyed the court order to pay me and has acted against the contract that was disputed over before. Because of server issues during the prior court case I was unable to respond for myself during majority of the proceedings. I had to hire an attorney that cost me 1,500kr. I am requesting compensation for that and the payment I am due from BiscuitGamesYT. Because he has refused to pay me I and suing for 2,000kr.
Evidence will be attached below. I hope the court finds me favorable in this matter.
