From the beginning of this bill being implemented a few ministers in the past and present have broken this law and have received no punishment for it. I would bring a warning system to this bill to punish ministers for violating this law. Parliament will keep track of these warning points during the minister's term. With three warning points received the minister will be up for VONC within parliament to decide. Warning points reset each term.
