- Reasoning: Currently, anyone with a forum account can participate in elections and important polls regardless if they have been perm banned, have quit, or are inactive. This is a massive loophole for anyone with malicious intent to unfairly target the government for personal reasons or for players who have quit the server to influence its future.
- Bill: Players with the any of the following qualifications should not have permissions to vote in any polls on the forums:
1. Permanently banned
2. Not /seen for 60 days or more
3. Have announced they are quitting and/or left a will
- Additional Info: If a player returns after quitting or writing a will, they must declare their return to reinstate their ability to vote.
