The victim would get fined? Also i think the fine should increase by 100 for each offence. So 2nd would be 200 and 3rd 300. And maybe I'm being picky but I think 2nd Offence should be 10 days. Idrk have a logical reason except that I like nice even 10's.

If by issues you mean people getting extremely cold, than possibly. Like I said, it's all very configurable, so I'm sure with a bit of tweaking, the problem can be either avoided or decreased. I'm not a coder so I wouldn't know the extent of configuration options and how it works, so I can't go...

I don't think many players would reach 100k, and even if they did, I doubt they would spend it on a single govt store sign. I think the price should either be lowered or you increase the value of the product
