Due to rejection of BC Health Care Law. I came up with new law.

Citizens who have less than 200:

• Will pay 2 Krunas per treatment.

Citizens who have less than 500:

• Will pay 5 Krunas per treatment

New price measurement for treatment.
Remedy cost + 15 Kruans
