On the 15th of February 2019, I lent DilIsPickle 3000kr in exchange for 125% of the loan being paid back within 30 days. The condition was that after these 30 days were up, the borrower would pay back an additional 5% on top of the 125% each week, with a maximum of 3 weeks until the borrower would be sued. I am still yet to be paid back, as shown with DilIsPickle's last online date.

JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Analysis:
The Plaintiff has brought the Defendant @DilIsPickle to civil court on the grounds of be unable to make a repayment for a loan granted by the Plaintiff. Evidence has been provided of an agreement being made and has been reviewed closely.

Conclusion:
Lawsuit will be defaulted in the Plaintiff's favor due to the unresponsive nature of the Defendant which has not been online since 2 months 25 days and 18 hours as of this post being written. Additionally, the supporting evidence provided allows me to see that an agreement was indeed made between the two parties.

Verdict:
As reigning Judge, @DilIsPickle is hereby stated guilty for being delinquent on repaying their loan amount + interest and is to be fined.

I am ordering the repayment of 10,000 Krunas from the defendant's personal account and/or material belongings as collateral of equal value. Since the Defendant has been away from the server, the Department of Justice, @[COLOR=#0059b3]bharatj[/COLOR] has until June 8th, 2019 to collect the fined amount from the account of the Defendant and ensure the Plaintiff is paid out.

Additional Note: The Defendant's account does not consist the full amount require for repayment. I ask that server staff assist the DoJ in collecting material goods to equal the requested amount. However, if the Plaintiff @AirportH0b0 is satisfied with the amount of 7,686.21, they may settle.
