In a vote of 11:3, Parliament has resolved that:
    Part 1
Any animal farm in the wild, regioned or not, is not allowed to hold less than 4 blocks per animal. For chickens it is 2 blocks. If found breaking this law and the area is not fixed after a weeks warning the owner of said farm will be placed in jail for 5 minutes while their animals will be euthanized until it is the right amount for that space.
    Part 2
There is a k50 fine per animal that is found unsupervised, additionally if there are more than 2 animals unattended by the same person the government has the right to take at least half of them to give to shelters.

You talk about chickens, but not other small animals like rabbits, do 2 blocks count for them? Or is it 4 blocks?
