- Reasoning: With community service back in play, the jail time in the animal rights sentences will be replaced so rangers can take care of the DoA side of the law.
- Bill: The new punishments shall be:

1st Offense: Euthanasia of Excess Animals + K5 Fee per Excess Animal
2nd Offense: Euthanasia of Excess Animals + K10 Fee per Excess Animal + 5 Minutes of Community Service
3rd Offense: Euthanasia of Excess Animals + K10 Fee per Excess Animal + 10 Minutes of Community Service​
