To begin, @BloodLord302 you have to be a lawyer to start a lawsuit. Looking at how this case is written and labeled, I would make the assumption that you are not a lawyer, if I am wrong my apologies. However, even if you were a lawyer you would need a much more formally written lawsuit with proper evidence to backup the claim you make. I suggest you yourself look at the Creating a Lawsuit thread for further education, but you still need a lawyer to pursue this case. I am left with no choice but to dismiss this case; furthermore, I will not be dismissing this as frivolous for it is your first time making a case like this. However, let it be known that repetition can and will lead to punishment.
