Lawsuit: Adjourned Bitsobs vs mfcEmirAlp

Your Honor,
I am supermetro of Innocently Guilty At Law, and on the behalf of my client, EEmilyBear, i am bringing this case in court today.

EEmilyBear, owner of the company Bitsobs, recently found, in a shop at palm bay (owned by mfcEmirAlp - https://imgur.com/a/JpNRYmk ) a sign that says to not rent her shop plots, because she is a "copycat". (https://imgur.com/a/pLp4VAi )

Seen what mfcEmirAlp wrote,
Considered that The company Bitsobs (created by EEmilyBear) built the shop plots and it currently owns them,

My client's company is accusing mfcEmirAlp of being a slander.

Is also requested a refund of 100 krunas for the lawyer price.

@mfcEmirAlp is hereby summoned to the court to acknowledge the case. If the Defendant, @mfcEmirAlp, does not acknowledge the case as a reply in 2 days, the case will close in the Plaintiff's favor.

The defendant has elected to not respond. After reviewing the evidence it's clear that mfcEmirAlp committed slander as per the definition of the corporate slander act.

I hereby ask the DoJ @ReaperEduardo to transfer 100kr from mfcEmirAlp personal account to SuperMetro.

I am authorizing the government to seize mfcEmirAlp assets to pay off his debts if he does not have enough in his personal account to satisfy debts owed. In addition, I am ordering that the sign be removed from the shop. I will not permit the defendant to make any more derogatory signs at that shop that attacks a fellow store/shop owner. Additionally, if I find future problems coming from this store owner about corporate slander, I will be inclined to begin issuing fines against them.
