What is Blue Contracting?
Blue Contracting is a service under Blue Industries that connects people to potential employers. A player would be put in our database, with their skills and interests associated with them, and paired with a potential employer, someone who is looking for someone like that specific person. Now, there are two branches of Blue Contracting. The first is actual contracting, where Blue Industries contractors will go and work on projects or other jobs for a certain company or person and continue as a contractor working for Blue Industries.
The second branch is an employer-employee connection service. An employer can give us information regarding the job that needs to be done and what kind of employees they're looking for. We would then go through our database and find the best match, and connect the two.
Why Use Blue Contracting?
Blue Contracting is a way for businesses to find employees easier and better suitable for the tasks that need to be done. It can not only save businesses and players money, but also time. Why go through the process of constantly making business advertisements and letting out hiring messages in global, when you can just send a simple request in and get the best match? Blue Contracting is a fast, easy way for companies to find great employees, and for players to find new career opportunities.
How Do I Get In The Blue Contracting Database?
It's easy! Simply just send a discord message to bharatj#7015 detailing the following:
- Ingame Name:
- Skills (What you are good at):
- Interests (What you like to do):
- What you are looking for in an employer:
- What do you not want to do in a company:
- Joindate:
- Playtime:
After that, you will be entered into the database and notified of potential job opportunities!
How Do I Put In A Request To Find Employees?
It's almost the same process, and just as easy! Once again, just send a discord message to bharatj#7015 detailing:

- Company Name:
- What you need the employee to do:
- Position(s) hiring:
- Preferred Joindate:
- Preferred Playtime:
- What you are looking for in an employee:
- Work setting:
