Lawsuit: Adjourned Cars R Us vs GoodMorning9

On the morning of 20th February, GoodMorning9 approached my company to rent a helicopter from my company for two weeks, at an agreed price of 750kr per week. After payment was received, the vehicle in question was released for GoodMorning9's use as they saw fit (on the 22nd of February). The vehicle was due to be returned by the 9th of March, 14 days after the start of the rental. As of the 11th of March, the vehicle has still not been returned (despite the defendant's promise that it would). I have attached a transcript of the ticket for the rental, which shows all of these key events.

I would like to request that we are to have the helicopter returned to us, as well as 750kr (one weeks rental cost) to cover any additional expenses/lost income due to this inconvenience.

As I informed the plantiff I simply forgot to return the helicopter and I informed them that I would return the helicopter as soon as I was available I have now returned the helicopter.

Cherub54321 has brought asheman77 (GoodMorning9) to court to settle what appears to be a broken contract. The helicopter was supposed to be returned on the 9th of March, and it was not. The defendant has returned the helicopter 2 days later on the 11th of March. Therefore, I will reward the plaintiff with 215kr for the extra 2 days, but not the 750kr for it was not returned a week later.
I ask that the DoJ Minister @ReaperEduardo please ensure that 215kr is taken from GoodMorning9 and given to Cherub54321. I also authorize the DoJ to secure any of GoodMorning9's assets in the case they do not hold that much in their balance.
