In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:

Any offense that exceeds the amount explicitly stated and given punishments for, will now be dealt with community service. The specific duties the player will be doing would be handled by Cabinet. However, on general terms, a player would be put in a prison or an isolated area and would be required to do something as punishment for their crime.

I don’t see why they wouldn’t add it, it was being discussed at the time it was given to you and it still would be effective and beneficial to get players who have done wrong to do some good for the community.
