In October 2020, I Purchased 20 IBC stock for 3,300kr each from Matty707. At that time the stock value was 5,087.43kr.
At the beginning of Janurary 2021, i decided i want to sell my stock back to the company. I made an application through webull, the company that IBC manages its stock through, on Janurary 4th, 2021, however i hadnt, and still havent, recieved any message from the owner, (Mr. Gentleman#1462 on Discord), or an associate. on janurary 12th, i informed bh that i submitted a stock sale form around a week ago from the 12th, and he said he would reach out to them, the brief conversation is below:

Then on janurary 15th,2021, i asked him if hed heard anything, he said he hadnt, and hed contact a player to see if they had a stock exchange, conversation below:

They haven’t responded. I’m talking to thealpha4 to see if he has a stock exchange set up for us to shift to. If not, we just have to make it on our own.
Then yesterday, on janurary 20th, 2021, the following conversation occured:

my offer is 5,300 per share. its less than market value.
IBC is making this more difficult than it needs to be. They have the duty to buy back stock, as they made profit from the distribution.
After nearly 3 weeks of trying, and nearly 2 weeks of the company Stalling on the buyback, i have decided to take this to the courts.
I am Suing IBC for 111,995.60kr, at 5,599.78kr per share, which is current market price as of Janurary 21st, 2021, in exchange for my 20 shares in the company.
I am also requesting a withdraw of my full IBC deposit balance,107,000.00kr and the closure of my IBC account.
The total im asking for is 218,995.60kr from IBC, in exchange for my 20shares and the closure of my IBC account, IBC Account #0027.
