Title: Edit to Frivolous Case Punishments
Type of motion (Edit/Removal/Creation): Edit
Elaboration & Reasoning: Current punishments in place have not deterred players from making irrelevant/troll cases the past few weeks. These court cases waste times for judges when they can be handling an actual valid case. I’m proposing new punishments to replace the current ones.
First Offence: Verbal warning + k40 fine
Second Offence: 15m jail time + k60 fine
Third Offence: 30m jail time + k80 fine
