Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Failure to Report Modernization
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provisions shall come into effect immediately
(2) Upon becoming law, the Failure to Report Act (Title XV, Chapter 15, Section 1) shall immediately become void. This law shall supersede it and become Title XV, Chapter 15, Section 2 in the BusinessCraft Federal Code.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) The DoE needs to modernize this bill to meet the standards of the changing Business Registration process.
Section 4. Provisions
(1) Failure to Report: Definition in relation to BusinessCraft: Any situation in which a company is found to misreport employee count and/or ownership changes from the Department of Economy.
(a) This will include any changes to the sorts of goods and services that are provided by the business if the law provides protection to those goods and services.
(2) The Punishment for this Law shall be:
First offense: K150 fine.
Second offense: K300 fine.
Third offense: K450 fine.
Fourth Offense Onward: K600 fine and a review of the Business Registration to see if the Business needs to be discontinued If it is found the Business needs to be discontinued, the DoE will retract the Business Registration.
