Current punishments for frivolous cases haven't deterred players from creating these cases. This wastes the time of the Judges. As such, new punishments must be laid out to replace the current ones.

First Offence: Verbal warning + k40 fine
Second Offence: 15m jail time + k60 fine

Failure to provide evidence in your opening statement either in the form of a screenshot or unmodified logs will result in a case bing dismissed as frivolous with the associated consequences.

In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:

A frivolous case will be ruled by a judge. If a player would like to appeal the decision, they can do so by starting another court case against the government. All three judges must deliver a verdict, and the majority decision stands. Where a judge position is vacant, the Speaker of Parliament gives a verdict.
