Lawsuit: Dismissed Goodbye_Parrot vs Alyaja

I am making this lawsuit today because I paid Alyaja 5,000 krunas to build me a building on plot bc-086. They scammed me when saying "there is no reason to make a contract you can trust me." Then I proceeded to ask if she could get it done in a week. They said "yes". Since then Alyaja has left a eyesore on my plot for about 2-3 weeks that I am now getting alerted for. This is because Alyaja has worked no more than 1 and a half hours on the build. I have not even seen Alyaja online and I want my money back. I got straight up scammed.
