Answered / Added Head shop in the new mall

For a long time the head shop in the old mall has always been the first place that I go when I want to decorate my home or business. All I ask is if there could be another head shop added to the new mall or even a small building disconnected from the mall.

Yes, it'll probably be added again soon. Either in the form of a government shop (like before) or a new way.
