I think it's possible with the plugins you currently have but my suggestion is a quick one. I suggest the command /health be shown in tab. What I mean is the text that comes up when you do /health appears in tab. It could be with the yellow and green format or just the information like diagnostic and temperature be shown without the default format. Idk sometimes i just don't feel like doing /health. You could argue that it'd take up too much space. To that I say, it doesn't need to take up the 10 lines or so it normally does with the yellow and green.

I think this could be a good idea, just make the temperature one line that just says your temperature and the other would be one line that if you have nothing just says "None"

As of right now, no. But I don't think it's that big of a problem because it notifies you when you get sick and you can just do /health to check.
