Elaboration: Through the Department of Construction, old and important buildings (such as the sandstone building outside of spawn) will be preserved under a new registry form so they won't be demolished or altered on the exterior by future owners unless given permission by the DoC. The plot prices will be determined by the plot owner if they decide to sell it after it changes status. These buildings will be determined by the cabinet and the DoC. The minimum requirements are that it has to be 6 months standing and it has to have some importance to BC. If the plot owner or an added person demolishes the building, they will have to pay k5,000 and will be evicted. Major altering of the exterior and/or interior of the building will result in a k3,000 fine and eviction. Minor destruction will be a k1,000 fine and a severe warning.
