- Title: Initiating PvP Amendment Act Edit
- Type: Edit/Removal
- Reasoning: Most people don’t find out or remember murder is illegal until they have been in the server for a bit. The Grace For New Players Act was the solution for this, but now I realize it’s better to have a law that applies to everyone for less complexity. It would make more sense to have the laws more streamlined and make murder a verbal warning. Another problem is the unwritten rule that players can't press charges if they are killed while in disguise due to the fact that people could think it’s an actual mob. It’s common knowledge around the server that people can turn into mobs and that mobs generally don’t spawn in cities. Making 1st offense murder a verbal warning for everyone and making it illegal to kill a disguised person would solve all this. Incase for some reason a player isn’t familiar with the laws yet, this verbal warning will help them.

- Bill: Killing players in disguise will result in the normal punishments for murder and first offence Murder and Unwanted PvP is now a verbal warning. The changes to this amendment look like:
Initiating Unwanted PvP: Where a player hits another player, causing a loss of hearts.

First Offence: Verbal Warning
Second Offence: K40 fine
Third Offence: K80 fine + 10 minutes of jail time
Note: A player may defend themselves with reasonable force should someone else initiate PvP on them.
Being in disguise does not alter the punishments.

Murder: The unlawful killing of another player.
1st Offence: Verbal Warning
2nd Offence: K80 fine + 10 minutes of jail time Being in disguise does not alter the punishments.
This also includes the removal of the Grace For New Players Act.
