- Title: Limitation of Employment in Government Branches Amendment

- Type: Amendment

- Reasoning: Currently, members of cabinet are unable to run for Parliament if at least 12 people run overall. However, if under 12 people run, cabinet members are permitted to run. the justification for this is that if election turnout is low, more qualified members of the server can step in to ensure that there will always be qualified players in parliament. I believe that at the time this law was made, 12 was the right number. Now however, we rarely every see 12 people run, so cabinet is able to dominate in parliament if they choose to.

Bill: I propose we lower the threshold of branch involvement limitations from 12 parliamentary candidates to 9. This way, elections will still be competitive, but cabinet members will only be able to step in if there is below 9 people, which would mean that it is an especially slow election cycle.
