Hello, my name is Cooleagles2005. I am an Associate Attorney for Inperium & Partners at Law and I am representing Matthew100x as my client.
My client has recently provided a loan to MRPIGxx of 5,700 krunas to purchase a suburban plot (suburbs28) along with a 5% interest. The total loan with added interest came to 5,985 krunas and was to be paid over a 4 month span. A contract signed on the 17th of July by MRPIGxx stated that he would be paying 460.38 krunas weekly. This contract was noted as breached on the 7th of August after completing one weeks worth of payment and misplacing two. MRPIGxx has been offline for over two weeks, and a sign of returning is uncharted. The contract states, “ The Loanee must pay each week, if the loanee misses a week then they must make both the missed payment and the regular payment on the next week. Otherwise they will be in default of this loan and loaner will assume control of the plot”. Due to the failure to pay back the loan, my client requests that the plot be given to him.
In addition, In the case of Endev0r v. Shoring. The Judge made a verdict stating that the interest of the loan in addition to the principal had to be paid to the plaintiff. Therefore, I am requesting that my client also receives the interest on the loan in addition to the plot.
