Anyhow, I am proposing that any mod that does not give a distinct advantage should be allowed. If a mod gives any competitive advantage, it should not be allowed. There could be a Board Of Reviewers that could say if a mod is okay or not. For example, I think that way points should be allowed, because its pretty much dyna-map lol.
