Hi everyone. I'm sure you all were getting old of the huge messages with the old ticket plugin that were spamming your chats. Therefore, the Administration has added a new ticket plugin with more features. The command has stayed the same. To ask for a staff member's help, do /ticket. This menu will show: To create a ticket do /ticket create <message>. For example: /ticket create I need a new wilderness region. This menu will then open for you to choose a category. Categories currently are Regioning, Vaulting and Other. Once you select the category, this will be displayed to you (the message in green), and the staff (the message in yellow): You can check the status of your ticket(s) by doing /ticket status. Clicking on the Ticket will list out all replies (if any) from staff. This is useful for when you have an issue and then report it via the tickets as staff can inform you when they fixed your issue. And just like last time with the honor points, you're able to rate the staff's service. Once your ticket has been resolved, you can do /ticket rate <ticket ID> <rating (1 - 5)>.
