    Parliament Meeting 1/25/2020 @ 6:00pm EST
Please note: Parts of the information presented in this publication may not actually occur. Some are just discussions the Parliament had instead of definite plans for the future.
Notes taken by as a collective whole from parliament and edited by Anonymous_063.

    Present: Speaker-Codes, Bharatj, Dr_Idriss,
    Absent: Anonymous_063, Jaynormous, Dusty, Velvetkitty

    Topic discussed:
Topic #1: Private Hospitals bill idea
Overall parliament, as a collective, does not agree with privatizing hospitals.
Pro: A fun concept to add. Doctors that are hired by clinics would have set days or however they want work their company, to where a doctor can work shifts. All doctors currently compete in order to attend the patient so by having private hospitals we could have people scheduled to attend people rather than having chaos. Can add restrictions and publicize laws for it on the forums and they must be registered, and they must be approved by the DoH.
Con: There’s not enough people for private hospitals to work. People don’t go to the doctor for checkups in BusinessCraft; They go for urgent care. Appointment makes care so much more difficult that it will just make a functioning system more complicated. People don’t follow strict time schedules on a Minecraft server.

    Topic #2: Executive Questions
As a parliament it is our job to check the executive branch and ensure that they are acting in the best interest of the players. One of our best tools to do that are the EQs. They're essentially like PMQs but for cabinet members.

Topic #3: New aviation bill idea
With helicopters a bunch of players are thinking that we should have laws to ensure that air vehicles are used safely and don't get annoying. Have the DoE make an exam to be an able to fly a helicopter first, like the car. Introduce a law that makes it to where you can be sued for trespassing if you fly over someone's plot if your coordinates are below y = 150. Also players should have a helicopter pad on their property, and they can’t park in commercial area. Players should not purposefully crash into other buildings.

    Meeting adjourned 6:34pm EST

Player's shouldn't be required to have a helicopter pad, and y=150 seems a little too high, also what about the skyscrapers that are above y=150?

Also, how would this topic work for people who have rooftop access on their building?
