I agree with iWizqrd here. The lag would be pretty bad (not that my computer isn't laggy enough).

Im not saying to add 20 or 50 citizens, maybe 3 or 4 that will give quests to the new player so they can earn money

Already had this plugins a couple of months back, with quests and everything. No one seemed to care and it was using more than half of the server's RAM so I removed it.
