You would randomly get a mental disorder which would cause you to (for example) automatically use items and weapons (or it would just be RP). You would go to a psychiatrist who would help you. They would work in the hospital or in their own offices. They would also fulfill the job of a psychologist. So what do you think?

Mental disorders would be very hard to implement, and I highly doubt it's even possible with the current disease plugin. This would really drive people nuts, 'cause they have to go to the hospital so often for annoying things like flesh wounds.
