- Title: Reduction of Parliament Seats

- Elaboration & Reasoning: The amount of Members of Parliament we have currently should be reduced to seven members. My reasoning is that Parliament only deals with laws so it defeats the purpose of having so many members. Moreover, it's too much for our player base in terms of size.
- Other Information: This bill will be implemented this upcoming election before the voting period.
