I. Description of Case
The Plaintiff brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant:
Reppal made an agreement to Loan Loonite 3000kr at a 5% simple interest rate compounded every 3 days starting at 12:00pm EST on the 30th of October 2022. Loonite was given 2 weeks to pay it off, this meaning the loan would end on the 13th of November 2022. It was agreed thatt if the loan was not agreed in full, Loonite forfeits any assets deemed necessary to pay it back. This is shown in the screenshots attached.

III. Sequence of Events
1. Reppal sent the loan agreement to Loonite
2. Loonite replied with their name as requested to agree to the loan
3. Reppal paid Loonite
4. Loonite failed to pay Reppal any money by, on or after the end date of the loan. This being the 13th of November 2022

IV. Claims for Relief
1. There is a clearly formed contract that both parties agreed to. This contract has been broken as no money has been paid to Loonite


V. Damages
1. 3000kr + 5% interest compounded into every 3 days from the 30th October to current date.
2. 500kr in legal fees.

Good Evening, the Defendant Loonite is hereby summoned to the Court in the case of Reppal v. loonite.

The Court will allow for 48 hours for an Answer to the complaint or a Motion to Dismiss. If the defendant fails to produce this, we will move on to a default ruling in the Plaintiffs Favor.​

Seeing as the defendant has elected to not respond to this case, we will move forward with this case without their argument or testimony. In reviewing this case i will be ruling in favor of the plaintiff Reppal. Base off of court research into this case, it has become abundantly clear to this court that the defendant had no intention of paying back the sum of the loan, nor the interest to his creditor. The defendent got the loan on the 30th of October then proceeded to leave the main discord that same day. While they have spent this money or given it away, they are still active on the server.

As such, the court hereby orders Loonite to repay the 3000kr, nothing more.
