My suggestion is to create a "restraining order" type thing were when filed, the DoJ can choose to accept or deny it. If accepted, the player who it was filed against may not come in contact with the player who filed it. This includes signs, talking, books, notes, mail etc. To expand, maybe the player cannot come with a certain amount of blocks with a person. If it is violated, the player must receive a warning and/or a fine. For proof, screenshots must be required, or if their are more than 3 witnesses to the incident. Any ideas would be appreciated, and I created this because of an experience I had today. If this gets lots of like, I will bring this up with Parliament.
Thanks!
Shoutout to ChrisClassics for giving me the idea to do this.
