Reasoning: The goal of the jail system is to discourage players from committing crimes, but when players don't understand the crime they've committed, the system doesn't really work. I propose that we require all POs to explain both the charge against a prisoner and what the prisoner did to earn that charge. For example: "You've been charged with murder for killing Codes320" The reason I propose this is because I've had multiple friends join the server who are new. They commit a crime and then are jailed without a detailed explanation. It's a big turn off for them, and I'm sure it is for many new players on BC.
