Vetoed Rule of Law Act

- Elaboration & Reasoning: No one should be above the law. This bill will ensure that the server rules/laws apply to everyone equally, regardless of their position, status, and or role on the server. If an individual breaks the law, they are required to serve the penalty outlined by the law. The law does not discriminate.

E.g. If an MP, Minister, or PO for example break the law, they are required to serve the same penalty as everyone else, despite being in influential positions.

Note: This excludes RULES. Staff discretion is used for the enforcement of RULES.

MPs, Ministers and Judges are immune for one specific reason: roleplay. These players, however, cannot go on to do every single crime on the server without suffering consequences. Instead, it is the Parliament's job to observe them and, should they do something illicit, have them forcefully removed from their position of power first which allows them to be prosecuted. For those reasons, this bill has been vetoed.
