Title: Run-on Eviction Act

Description: It is not uncommon for PI's to find regions to report for Lack of Progress, Eyesores, and other Plot Offences. These issues commonly get fixed soon after a report is made, but rarely a player will sell the reported region to another player, and the report is then nullified. This bill will make it so that if a plot is reported for eviction for reasons other than Inactivity, and said plot is sold to a player, the report is still in progress but with time added.
Bill: if a plot or region is reported for eviction for reasons other than Inactivity, and said plot or region is sold to a player, the report is still in progress, however an additional week(7Days) is added to the deadline.
-The seller and/or buyer must report the sale on the PI report on forums for the extra week to be granted.
-To prevent players just constantly selling a plot/region to infinitely prolong an eviction date to an unreasonably far-into-the-future date, only one extension period is granted per plot/region.
