A
Bill
To
Prevent conflict of interest issues when a player is accused of corruption.
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Second Cabinet Integrity Edit Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions will take place immediately upon the bill becoming law.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) The Second Cabinet Integrity Act should be voided because of the following reasons:
(a) It is already Parliaments job to determine who is fit for the role of Minister, just as much as they are for determining fit judges.
(b) To restrict the Prime Minister to candidates who have to have been in the Department opens up numerous issues such as inexperience, inactivity and underqualification.
(c) When a new Department is created, the act would prohibit the appointment of a Minister due to the fact that there were no previous employees.
(d) This law suggests that the only qualified leaders are those who have to have been in the department in the past year. What makes a leader is their ability to manage a team, their activity, their organizational capabilities and finally a little experience helps but should not be forced as it may take away from the other more important attributes.
Section 4. Removal of the Act
1) This bill upon becoming law shall immediately void the "Second Cabinet Integrity Act".
