Since Suburbs is rapidly changing right now and also spreading of unofficial rules and regulations that were not published on the Server or in game it would be better to refresh some of its laws and make certain changes to avoid contradictions, and to provide Clarity and unison to all.
List of Changes:
1. Plot Merging is Not Allowed.
2. Maximum of 3 Visible House Floors Only.
Excluding: Basement & Rooftop.
