- Title: Temporary Judges

- Type of Motion: Creation/Edit

- Elaboration and Reasoning: Currently there is only one active judge who must preside over all cases (and this only applies when there is only one active judge). They must deal with cases unbiased and act solely based on facts. But what about when the judge gets sued? They would have to preside over their own case and are put in a difficult position. They are almost forced to rule themselves guilty since they would be “attacked” if they called themselves innocent, even if they had evidence for a “bias”. I propose that if the case arises where a judge is sued, the President of Parliament would judge that case. This way, any bias that may have existed is removed and the presiding judge isn’t forced to act a certain way.

- Additional Information: This was made out of a conversation so I’m open to suggestions.

Or, make the Judges immune to having lawsuits made against them? *shrug*

No Matt because that would make people mad if said judge murdered/harassed them and they could not sue that judge.
