Reasoning: Currently farms, nether portals, flowing water, etc are noted in the Laws section of the forums, but there is no legislation for punishment. I am proposing that the tenant that violates the rules will have 1 week to fix said violations or risk getting evicted.
Bill: If a Tenant has a farm of any type, any liquids, a nether portals, or chest shops inside an apartment they will be warned by a Property Inspector can be given 1 week to remove the violation. If no action is taken by the tenant after 1 week the tenant will be evicted from the property.
