The Department of Commerce and Education(DoCE) The DoCE is responsible for the Economy, the Job system and the Educational system of the server. It is organized into 3 subsections, working under the Commerce Minister. All Members of the DoCE have the same basic responsibilities, but each subsection has its own specific tasks to perform, which are delegated to the members. The old position of Employment Minister is replaced by new, more specific positions. The Sub-department Education is in charge of managing information both on the server and the forum. It is, among other things, responsible for maintaining the job guides and for managing Tour Guides. There is one Secretary of Education responsible for this subsection. This includes overseeing new jobs, conducting surveys and analyzing current job use, managing any issues as well as suggesting improvements. This subdepartment is also responsible for the management of the government Property Inspectors. There is one Secretary of Commerce as well as two Assistant Secretaries of Commerce in this subdepartment. The Sub-department Business is in charge of managing and maintaining the business system of the server. It oversees the creation and working order of all companies, suggests subsidies, and manages government contracts, among other things.
