-Title: Town Expansion
- Type of motion (Edit/Removal/Creation): Creation
- Elaboration & Reasoning: currently there is no way for a town that has used up all its space and is at full capacity to expand , in this motion I propose that If a Town Mayor believes their town to have reached full capacity and has 14 residents or more it can apply for an expansion from the Department of Construction which will then evaluate the Application and the Town itself if accepted the expansion cost will remain at K2 per block.
