Good day your honor, I am here today to sue DarkKnight1106 and his news company, Rapid News Network (RNN) on failure to pay back loan money.
On July 8th, I received a private message from Dark asking if I can join a VC (logs of which can be found here: https://imgur.com/a/sz9PzWt). From this VC, you can see my side of the conversation, as Dark was talking through the VC. Basically, he ran me down some options of how to invest in this new news company, RNN. My final statement was (edited to the correct terms) "to be honest I'm not really that interested in being a partner, I don't want equity nor really extra money. Ill give you the 5 grand then I'll want that money paid back from the first show from the ads (and this part is cut off) and stuff." From here, you can see that I paid the 5,000 he wanted, expecting it to be paid back after the first news show was released. The first show was released on the thirteenth, as proven by this statement in #business-advertisements on the BC server discord:

I messaged him the following night asking for my money. This does show that I wanted 6,000 in returns (as thats what he promised me), however, I am fine with being paid back only the 5,000 that he gave me. (proof here: https://imgur.com/a/nLiuTUb) He said that in about a week from then (when we had that conversation) he would pay me back the money. Today is the end of that week period, and he has not paid back any money to me.
