- Reasoning: There is no formal process for reporting misconduct by government employees. The Sherlock Accords are specifically for abuse of power and self interest of MPs and Cabinet members. When other government employees (EMs, POs, PIs, ESs, TGs, et. al.) break laws, abuse their power, or who's behavior is otherwise generally a poor reflection upon their department, there needs to be a clear channel for documenting their misconduct so the department Minister and/or DoJ can respond accordingly.
- Bill: If a government employee is accused of misconduct, any player can document the situation via a dedicated forums thread called "Report a Government Employee" under the Disciplinary & Reports section of the forums.
