- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): As for my last post this could be added on to more content for the criminal job AND legal ones. Making casinos illegal to own besides government approved ones would add more content for criminals so they are able to hide casinos and make money off that from players. Legal ones could have lower win rates compared to whatever the criminal wants to do with his illegal one.
- Does this require the installation of a new plugin (Yes/No): There are casino plugins but criminals would most likely use redstone for theirs.

There does not need to be a criminal job for this to work. There are still police that enforce laws so as long as there is a law against having casinos then it would work out.

I'd suggest messaging your Members of Parliament to work on a bill that introduced casinos and such.
