Why do you need to remove the emerald block shop to add a diamond block shop? Something doesn't seem right with this suggestion if it's purely for the benefit of miners.

Players can already create storage facilities and a few already exist. If a government owned one was created it would take away from people who want to create their own. I am working on a large storage facility for players to use as well so check back in a week.
