- We ask that you respect the signs in the red plots that state the maximum build height of 20 BLOCKS no more, this is to keep the capital building relatively unobstructed
- I also want to politely ask that you consider implementing green areas in your plots, a small garden or park or even just a little statue, something to help keep bc from becoming very cluttered as it is downtown near the bridge. Take a look at the 1916 Zoning resolution in New York to get an idea of what I mean and why I ask this.
- The plots on the top left block have a small sidewalk in the middle which is great for storefronts and would make for a nice community shopping center.
- I suggest if you choose to buy the large k10,000 plots that you show your idea to DoC first.
