I have repeatedly asked Clockman39 to get off of my plot because he is trespassing. Each time he continued to ignore me. He even ignored a PO. I'd like to sue him for k400 (going to me), and I have proof. AbiDarkmoon, SweetGame and Endeav0r are all witnesses.


EDIT: Added more witnesses and upped the sue amount by k200 because he trespassed AGAIN.

Analysis:
Using the evidence the Plaintiff, @_litenerd has stated above, I see that the Plaintiff and a Police Officer asked the Defendant multiple times to leave the property owned by the Plaintiff located in the Capitol City, and warned him of the punishment that could have come if he did not leave the property. I also see that this process has occurred multiple times. The Defendant ignored these statements and continued to linger on the property. This player has also recently been banned, meaning that the Defendant is unable to participate in his court case.

Verdict:
For the reasons that I have stated above, I, Blitzblaze41, the reigning judge of this court case, find Clockman39 guilty of trespassing multiple times on _litenerd's property.

I am ordering a fine of 400 Krunas, which the Plaintiff has requested, to the Defendants personal account. Since the Defendant has been permanently banned from BusinessCraft, The DoJ Minister, @bharatj, has until December 9th, 2018 to collect the fined amount from the account of the banned Defendant and ensure the Plaintiff is paid.

This court case is now Adjourned.
