Why do you want to be a Police Officer:
The job of Police Officer is and always will be my one true goal on this server. The idea of completing training operations alongside pulling over reckless drivers creates a source of thrill and excitement inside of me. Yes, I have been fired twice before, but that was because the excitement pushed me too far over the edge. Thus, Ending in me doing something foolish. I would only ask for another chance to show that I have matured and can harness that excitement into fully outperforming the expectations given to me.

What can you bring to the Department:
I believe there are two things that every officer must have to fully complete their duties given to them. This would be Loyalty and Dedication to what you’re doing. In the past, I have shown that I can be very disloyal; this was because what I was doing is what I thought was right (which actually wasn’t the right thing). After working as M|Corp’s Special Security Consultant, and now as their Operations Manager, I have learned that being loyal to my subordinates and my boss is the best way to operate the harvesting branch. Thus, I was able to motivate my team of highly skilled Harvest Specialists into being the first to reach 400 harvests in M|Corp history. In terms of dedication, I think this would be seen mostly in my unofficial town: Fort Anchorage. In my town, I have dedicated myself to the security of others. From the fence that surrounds my town to the enormous bunker that lies underneath, I have made sure that every citizen has a place they can escape the dangers of the world.

Additional Information:
I would only ask for your forgiveness and another chance to prove that I have changed.

I have a few questions I’d like to ask A1pha:
-How do we know that you will not become reckless again if accepted as a PO again?

-You state you have been disloyal your last two times holding this position, how would you prevent yourself from becoming disloyal a third time?

-You said Loyalty and Dedication are the two things an officer needs, but I feel your missing a big part of the job, Respect for your community, your fellow PO’s, and your boss. I personally feel your lacking in this category and I’m hoping you could explain why I am wrong with my thinking.

Thank you for your questions! Over the past six months, I have been reflecting the decisions I made as a Police Officer. Basically contemplating the good and the bad things I did while I held the position. I understand how my past reckless behavior may seem bad, but that was a young me, an immature me. Now, I have worked hard to achieve what I have now, and if I were to remember one thing from the experience I gained, it would be that recklessness gets you nowhere. I have learned that my recklessness has closed so many doors for me, and I mean a lot. For your second question, I wasn't necessarily stating that my untrustworthy acts were primarily committed while I was a Police Officer. But yes, in some cases I have been disloyal with my past employment at the Department of Justice. During the past few months, I have taken multiple courses based on teaching leadership and teamwork skills. I used those skills to succeed in leading the Farming branch of M|Corp. Thus, creating a sense of loyalty with my coworkers, my boss, and the community that thrives from the goods that are harvested by my branch.

First off let me say that A1pha, you have definitely improved in terms of maturity and behavior. I feel like it is still too soon to overlook the past, but keep this trend of growth going, you never know what can happen later on.
