-Bill: Increase each fine in the "Abuse of Government Signs" Bill by a factor of 50%. New punishments: Abuse of any government sign will result in the following punishments:
First Offence: Verbal Warning
Second Offence: K30 fine per call
Third Offence: K60 fine per call + 10 minutes of jail time In order to target trolls the punishment will get harsher each time a player does it. Once you get the highest punishment for sign abuse 3 times, for you next three offences you will get double that punishment and for the next 3 on you will get triple that punishment and it will continue in that pattern. Abuse is defined as spamming or unnecessary calls.
